Kevin Bell, Vice President of Operations, manages the company’s day-to-day operations. In this role, Kevin has responsibility for contract management, finance, HR, as well as project management.

A retired U.S. Marine, Kevin brings more than 40 years of experience in communication electronics, digital and voice communication systems engineering, and computer information systems.

Kevin previously served in key roles with companies such as CSC, where he was a director and program manager for multiple programs, and SAIC, where he supported the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.
